The service is produced in the light of the very first service set ever produced at the Royal Porcelain Factory in the years 1782 to 1800. The service consists of four cups with saucers, Coffee pot, dish, sugar-bowl and cream jug. Everything is put into a mahogany-box that is an exact copy of a box from 1782. All parts of the service have different silhuette-motifs of the men that fought for independence. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark gave a copy to President Ford during her visit in USA in 1976 on occasion of the 200th year of the Independence Declaration. The Coffee-set is produced in 300 copies.
