Blue Traditional is the Blue Fluted service of Bing & Grondahl. Both Blue Fluted from Royal Copenhagen and Blue Traditional from B&G is in the German muschel style. After a court case it was judged that only Royal Copenhagen had the right to the name Blue Fluted. The pattern was not protected, however, and thus Bing & Grondahl could continue to produce the service under the name Blue Traditional.
