This Christmas plate, which is the second of Royal Copenhagen's series of Christmas plates, depicts a typical Danish winter landscape at night, covered in snow, with a clear and frosty starry sky in the background, and branches of fir and cones in the foreground. Towards the edge of the plate, flowers and angels decorate the plate.
