Inscription on the back of the plate (in Danish): On August 16, 1977, exactly 10 years ago, one of the greatest singers and entertainers the world has ever known, Elvis Presley, passed away. Decor Porcelain has chosen to commemorate this sad moment in music history with this year's Elvis annual plate. The motif is taken from one of the best photos we feel was ever taken of "The King."
