2023 Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate, designed by Dag Samsund, is titled Christmas in Roskilde.
Roskilde Cathedral is a very important building and it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. Therefore it has also been depicted on Christmas plates, other plates, bowls, dinnerware etc. before. On the 2023 Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate we see the Church with the beautiful "Schmeltz's Fountain" in front. A large Christmas tree is placed on the Town square in December to celebrate Christmas and give some ligths in the dark winter time.
