2005 Bing & Grondahl Mother's Day plate with the title Horned Owl with Cubs was designed by Finn Clausen. The horned owl do normally gets two to three cubs so the owl on the Bing & Grondahl mothers day plate has been lucky to get three. The Bing & Grondahl Mothers Day plates were started in 1969 and are still being continued with a new Mother's Day plate every year.
