Holmegaard lamps
Table lamps from Holmegaard are known by a lot of people. The old lamps as well as the new ones. The two best-known lamps are Holmegaard Apoteker lamp and Holmegaard Cocoon / Base lamp.
Holmegaard Apoteker lamp
The Apoteker lamp from Holmegaard is an old lamp. It was produced for generations and is still one of the most well known lamps. The lamp has a timeless design and with its white color it fits into any home. The Apoteker lamp was designed by Sidse Werner and has been produced in four sizes. The production of Holmegaard Apoteker lamp started in 1981.
Holmegaard Base / Cocoon Lamp
Originally it was called Base lamp, but since it has been renamed Cocoon. The lamp has the same shape as the Cocoon vases and therefore it was natural to give it the same name. The series was launched in 2006. The Cocoon series was designed by Peter Svarrer and includes everything from bowls, candlesticks, vases and dishes to flowerpots. The series is one of the most popular in recent times and is represented in almost every Danish home. Holmegaard Cocoon lamp was produced in white, black and red glass. The Cocoon lamp was available in two sizes.
Holmegaard Sakura lamp
A very popular lamp is the Sakura lamp. The lamp was designed by Michael Bang and was made with rose or blue decoration on white background. The lamp was available in various sizes and shapes - a spherical, a plump version and a tall, slender cone. Unfortunately, we do not often have this lamp in stock, but we are often asked to advice a new lampshade to the lamp. We can therefore always be helpful if we get information about the size and shape (like a picture).
