Porcelain Vases & Jars

Many people know Bing & Grondahl and Royal Copenhagen porcelain vases from their parents or grandparents home, where porcelain vases were widely used for flowers and decoration. The motifs of the porcelain vases are often landscapes with houses and trees, flowers or sailing boats.

We also have other vases from foreign manufacturers.

Royal Copenhagen B&G Christmas and Easter vase with Else figurine, table lamp and mirror tray

Royal Copenhagen B&G vases and figurines

We have a large selection of porcelain vases of which the majority is from Royal Copenhagen and Bing & Grondahl. These are in the wellknown blue and white colours with flower, ship, maritime and landscape decorations. Furthermore we also have the different and decorative vases by Bjorn Wiinblad, who always knew how to liven up the living room with beautiful colours and images. A large number of Bjorn Wiinblad's beautiful vases are the result of a collaboration with Rosendahl Copenhagen that produces many of the current Bjorn Wiinblad vases.

Dahl Jensen is also represented with some elegant vases in craquele decoration. They are a beautiful addition to any home. Dahl Jensen was mostly known for his figurines, but the factory also produced vases. These vases are like the figurines highly sought after and thus hard to get.

In the same style as the wellknown vases from Royal Copenhagen and Bing & Grondahl you will also find vases from the porcelain facory Lyngby. They have the same general expression as the vases from the two more known factories and are a fine match with these. The vases of Lyngby show beautiful landscapes like the vase with willow.

In another style we also have vases from German Rosenthal, which add a slightly different style than the traditional to the room or you can match a Rosenthal vase into an arrangement with Royal Copenhagen, Bing & Grondahl or Lyngby by using vase with flowers, which fits in well with the Danish vases.

If you are on the lookout for a very different style than the calm blue and white vase from Royal Copenhagen or Bing & Grondahl, then we have some fantastic multicoloured Chinese vases and the slightly more composed Kutani vases from Japan. Both the Chinese vases and the Japanese Kutani vases are imported directly and we also make lamps of these, so it is possible to get a matching Kutani lamp for the vase. Similarly you can get a matching Chinese tablelamp for the Chinese vase. The more powerful colours on the Chinese and Japanese vases make them stand out more in the home decor than the more dampened Nordic vases. Thus they are wellsuited to give a strong and colourful touch to the decor.

Our selection contains great variation in vases and jars to be used for decoration. We also have beautiful tea jars with lids commemorating the bicennenary of the US independence and with a silhouette of Queen Margrethe II. Also we have a beautiful tea box with motif by Carl Larsson.
