The large B&G Plate from 1909 was titled "Poor sparrow fly down from roof", and it was designed by Frederik August Hallin, who also designed the world's first Christmas plate, which Bing & Grondahl released in 1895.
The Large Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate or dish from 1910 was designed by Jens Peter Dahl Jensen and depicts Maria and baby Jesus in the manger. B&G's large Christmas plate from 1911 shows the ice that melts and the Christmas Star, which is reflected in the water. It was designed by Paul Jorgensen.
