Be aware! We are in the process of updating our website, creating a new, sleek and more functional design. Therefor there are currently some features that are still under development.

This is the case for our Sales Basket, amongst other, and therefore there are currently only two ways to sell to DPH, as showed down below in point 2. and point 3. You can still read how the Sales Basket has worked so far. We also update our website regularly and will also launch a new guide once we are launching the new Sales Basket.

The 3 options for selling to DPH Trading

1. Get an offer using the sales basket

The Sales basket becomes available when you click on the Sell to DPH in the top menu/navigation.

If the item you are considering selling to us is presented in the wanted list or on the webshop, we recommend that you the sales basket.

This will prevent any misunderstandings and doubts about which particular items you are considering selling to DPH.

Please follow these 6 easy steps when you consider selling items to DPH Trading and would like to get an offer from us:

1. Click on "Sell"
   Click on "Sell" in the top navigation. Here you will find all the items we are currently interested in buying.
   
   
2. Click on "Get an offer"
   Find the item(s) you consider selling to DPH. Add the items to the sales basket by clicking on the "Add to basket"-button by each of the items you are considering selling.
   
   
3. Click on the Sales basket
   Once all the items you are considering selling are added to the Sales basket, please click on the Sales basket at the top right-hand corner of the website.
   
   
4. Check the content
   You should be able to see all the items you have added in the sales basket. Please check that the content (item) is correct in terms of both quantity and quality.
   
   
5. Enter your contact information
   If the content of the Sales basket is correct, please enter your contact information. All the boxes with an * (asterisk) must be filled out in order to get an offer from us.
   
   
6. Click on "Get an offer" (The big light blue button)
   Once you have entered your contact information you click on the "Get an offer"-button. We will then receive a request from you with all the items in your Sales basket. Within 1-4 business days we will send you our reply and if possible an offer.

Even if we are not interested in making an offer for the items you are considering selling to us, you will get a reply.

Attention! We are not interested in buying all the items we sell in our shop. Only items we already are dealing in the web shop are possible to add to the Sales basket (except lighting items and furniture).

2. Send an e-mail

If the items you are considering selling to DPH is not presented in the Wanted list you can send us an e-mail.

Remember to attach photo(s) of the item(s) and write the item, set and/or figurine number along with your contact information in the e-mail.

3. Call ahead and make an appointment

You can also call ahead and make an appointment to come to our boutique in Odense, Denmark. Always make sure to call ahead and arrange the date and time for your visit allowing us to reserve time for your visit.

Should we be interested in buying your item(s) we can either make an immediate transaction or provide you with an offer in writing. The written offer applies for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.

How to get paid for your items

When you sell items to DPH Trading there are different ways of getting paid. Typically it depends on how the items are delivered to us. Learn about the various ways of getting paid here.

Delivered personally

If you choose to deliver your items to us personally you can get paid in two ways:

• Bank transfer
• Cash (depending on the amount)

Delivered by mail or currier

If you choose to deliver your items to us by mail or currier service you can get paid in two ways:

• Bank transfer (preferred)
• PayPal (transaction fee 6 %)

When delivering by currier service bank transfer is preferred. In order for us to transfer the payment we will need your bank account no. and registration no. This information is never passed on.

Attention! DPH does not accept deliveries sent by money order/cash on delivery. This option is not possible because we need to inspect the condition of the item(s) before we can make any payment.
