How to ask

1. Click on the Shopping Basket

Click on the Shopping basket at the top right hand corner of the website.

2. Check the content

Please check if the content of your shopping basket is correct. If not, then delete, add or edit until you are satisfied with the content before moving on to step 3.

3. Click on Ask before you buy

Click on the Ask before you buy-link in a violet/pink colour in the right hand corner.

4. Enter your contact information

Enter your contact information and add any comments/questions you may have.

5. Click on Ask before you buy

Click on the Ask before you buy-button. (Sending us your comments/questions together with the content of your shopping basket.)

The button can be found on the right of the screen when using a computer and under the overview of your basket on a phone

6. Receive our answer within 1-4 business days

Within 1-4 business days we will send you our reply to your comments/questions. Normally we reply within 1-2 business days. However peak periods may occur causing a reply to be delayed up until 4 days.
