Royal Copenhagen has produced a number of candlesticks both in connection with dinnerware and as stand alone items.

Among the most popular are the craquele candlesticks, but also the tealight houses are hugely popular and thus very difficult to obtain. Many are already on waiting list for these.

Royal Copenhagen Candleholders

The most interesting and sought after of the candleholders from Royal Copenhagen are the cute little tealight cottages with a bakery, shoemaker, watermill, village house and Hans Christian Andersens house. It is very rare to see these tealight cottages on the market and they are highly sought after. They are perfect for making a little Christmas village to set a nice cozy feel for Christmas.

Besides those we have the craquele candlesticke that have been a stable of Royal Copenhagens production. This classic and somewhat romantic look is also popular and sell quickly. They are available in orange and light green with the craqueles to give an extra feel.

Each year a Christmas cup is issued together with the Christmas plate to make it possible to set up a complete set around the Christmas plate. Royal Copenhagen has extended on this by making extra parts for the table in the same style as the Christmas plates. This has also led to the creation of the nice little Christmas Candlestick that fits perfectly with the Christmas plates.
