Bing & Grondahl Collectibles
Bing & Grondahl has issued meny collectibles relating to the popular Christmas plates. These are the Christmas drops and Christmas bells that both are still in production every year and are issued together with the Christmas plate, with which they share their design. They have been a stable in Bing & Grondahls Christmas series for years. Both the Christmas bells and Christmas drops are well suited for use as both regular Christmas decoration as well as for the Christmas tree.
Aside from the Christmas bells Bing & Grondahl has also had a series of Annual bells that have motifs of famous churches from around the world. These bells were larger than the Christmas bells and were produced in the period from 1974 until 1984.
The beautiful Christmas cups that were issued for a number of years are highly sought after. These were not made to match the Christmas plates, but have their on expression, which make them stand out with their beautiful decoration and white porcelain.
A bit to the curious side are the series of thimbles, issued by Bing & Grondahl from 1978 to 1988. They have the classic blue colour and gilded years.
